Relax in this calm and elegant space.A modern and comfortable room.House consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms.I (the owner) live on the upper floor of the house, there is no direct connection to the lower floor so you will have complete privacy.Easy access to great beaches in Sesimbra

The space

A spacious, clean and well-groomed house. Friendly hosts and they clean every week. Your room has complete privacy and a bathroom right next door. The bedroom has a double bed and very comfortable mattress.

Please don’t slam doors closed. Please close them quietly.

Do not eat or drink in the rooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Dispose of rubbish in the bathroom rubbish bin if you have rubbish.

Pets are not allowed. Unless agreed by host. Please ask first. I’m very understanding.

Be sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and all electronic devices when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damage and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Wash the dishes. Please leave the kitchen clean after use, including the floor.

Basket provided for used towels only.

Please do not scratch or mark the walls with luggage/suitcases or hands

If you return from the beach, please wash the sand in the taps outside.

Eu (o proprietário) moro no andar superior da moradia, não tem ligação directa com o andar inferior pelo que terá toda a privacidade.

Uma casa espaçosa, limpa e bem arrumada. Anfitriões simpáticos e fazem a limpeza todas as semanas. O seu quarto tem toda a privacidade e casa de banho mesmo ao lado. O quarto tem uma cama de casal, e colchão muito confortável.

Horário de silêncio após as 23:00.

Por favor, não bata as portas fechadas. Por favor, feche-os tranquilamente.

Não comer nem beber nos quartos. Por favor, desfrute da sua refeição na sala de jantar.

Descarte o lixo no caixote do lixo da casa de banho se tiver lixo.
