The space
A spacious, clean and well-groomed house. Friendly hosts and they clean every week. Your room has complete privacy and a bathroom right next door. The bedroom has a single bed and very comfortable mattress.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
No shoes inside the house.
Smoking is prohibited inside Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be discarded in the ashtray provided in the property’s backyard.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The property’s maximum room capacity is 1 person unless agreed by the host and guest. Please ask first.
Quiet hours after 11pm.
Please don’t slam doors closed. Please close them quietly.
Do not eat or drink in the rooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
Dispose of rubbish in the bathroom rubbish bin if you have rubbish.
Pets are not allowed. Unless agreed by host. Please ask first. I’m very understanding.
Be sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and all electronic devices when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Report any damage and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Wash the dishes. Please leave the kitchen clean after use, including the floor.
Basket provided for used towels only.
Please do not scratch or mark the walls with luggage/suitcases or hands
If you return from the beach, please wash the sand in the taps outside.
